Apostle VV Hlongwana is the founder and senior pastor of the Harvest Time Church. He is the founder and director of Harvest Broadcasting Network Online Radio. He is the founder and executive director of Grace Hour Network, a non-governmental organization, aiming to reach out to disadvantaged communities and providing mentorship to schools.
Apart from the main centre in Giyani, he has planted eight more churches under the Harvest Time name and ordained twelve pastors who are responsible in these centres.
He is providing mentorship to eleven independent churches, businesspeople, and celebrities. He is married to his wife Apostle E and blessed with four adult children, a son in law and two grandsons.
